Billed as the "oldest and coldest celebration in the nation," this winter event promises ice fishing competitions, a half-marathon, hockey, curling, ice-skating, a nighttime torch parade and the Midwest's largest ice carving event, the outdoor gallery features an amazing array of frozen sculptures carefully crafted by regional and national artists.

Situated around Stone Arch Bridge, this riverside event showcases works by more than 200 artists and craftspeople. It also features performance art, poetry, and concerts along the Mississippi.
