Luling City Market was founded in 1981 in Houston Texas in an attempt to bring the distinct Central Texas barbeque style to the city. They cook their meat over Post Oak wood in specially designed pits, no gas. All of the smoke flavor and the distinctive smoke ring are genuine. They make their own 100% beef sausage using the same recipe for over 20 years.
